The brief

Birmingham City Council requires a supplier for the provision of webcasting services including hardware and hosted streaming.

The Supplier is responsible for ensuring the service they provide is compliant with current web standards to prevent unauthorised access or 'hacking' of the webcasting service.

This contract will be for a period of 12 months commencing 08/01/2018 until 7/01/2019.

The contract will include the option to extend on 2 occasions for 12 months depending on previous performance including the ability of the provider to deliver all orders and services on time.

BCC will be using its e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this procurement process and providers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
