The brief

REGION - Latin America (Mexico) The Foreign and Commonwealth Office (the Authority), represented by the British Embassy in Mexico City, seeks to appoint one Service Supplier to provide technical support to the Executive Secretariats of the Local Anti-Corruption Systems (SESLA) in the states of Chihuahua, Jalisco and Oaxaca.

The provider will work on the development of interconnection mechanisms (REST APIs) between the selected pilot states and systems (2 and 3) of the National Digital Platform (PDN) which is supported by the Executive Secretariat of the National Anticorruption System (SESNA).

The work will be undertaken using Agile methodology, under the supervision of SESNA's technical team, the local executive secretariats, and the Global Digital Marketplace Programme's Latin America Regional team (Product and Delivery manager) with the support from the British Embassy in Mexico City, through regular planning and review meetings with the delivery partner to ensure that the work aligns with the programme vision and objectives, and review progress against these.
