Prepare Sketch Book No 1 ‐ confirm existing use & Identify key constraints + opportunities ‐develop 3 high level concept options in plan and 3D using sketch up or revit. ‐ Illustrate with precedent imagery Assist QS with initial costings for the cost plan Develop Preferred Design Concept ‐ ratify scheme objectives & constraints ‐ develop preferred scheme option ‐ develop schematic visualisations ‐ develop exhibition boards for consultation STAGE 2 ‐ DEVELOP PREFERRED OPTION AND CONCEPT DESIGN Develop and illustrate public realm concept ‐hierarchies & zoning of space, character & function, circulation, accessibility, materiality, structures, & planting zones Outline GA& levels plan, including gradients, retaining features, steps & ramps etc Outline materials, furniture, water features, lighting and planting palettes and prepare Concept Specification Produce fully rendered site wide Landscape Masterplan Liaison with QS to assist with development of cost plan Produce short DRAFT Concept Design Report as an appendix for Towns Fund Application by WNC Produce short FINAL Concept Design Report as an appendix for Towns Fund Application by WNC
