Email Marketing Service
Worcester City Council is seeking to procure an email marketing provider to facilitate the launch of a suite of email newsletters to provide regular information updates to the residents and businesses of Worcester.
The Council intends to launch a range of email newsletters, allowing residents and businesses to sign up to receive information on a range of specific areas of interest, from general news about the city to business information, community engagement activities and alerts about bin collections.
The required service will comply with GDPR standards, allow customers to subscribe to a range of emails with one sign-in, and facilitate the individual newsletters to cross-promote one another.
Bidders will be required to complete a separate Data Processor Self-Assessment Information Security Audit and a further separate Worcester Supplier Assurance Questions.
The Council is using the e-procurement portal known as the Proactis Pro-Contract portal https://procontract.due-north.com to conduct this procurement exercise.
To gain access to the procurement documents, bidders will need to register their company details at the above website.
Once registered, bidders will be emailed a log-in and password which will allow them to gain access to the procurement documents.
Bidders will need to search for the invitation under Worcester City Council and then electronically submit an expression of interest and follow the online instructions to view the procurement documents.
