St Paul's School for Girls School ~ Tender for Catering Services.
This is a contract result notice, not an open opportunity. Details from the official award data.
This sits in the upper-middle of the Hospitality & Catering band — a substantial contract for the sector. Based on 3,335 valued Hospitality & Catering tenders in our corpus.
The successful Supplier will be required to provide catering services for St Paul's School for Girls.
The contract covers the scope for the provision of all school catering services, which also includes all hospitality and free issue requirements.
The current contract generates a small subsidy that the Client funds and all free school meals and hospitality are recharged at net food cost.
It is our objective to reduce this subsidy during this contract term by encouraging more of the pupils to use the school catering facilities.
The duration of the contract being offered is three years commencing on 1.2.2018 and concluding on 31.1.2021, with the potential for an extension of up to a further 3 years, and will be on a guaranteed performance basis.
It is expected that the successful Supplier will work very closely with the Client and engage with the school curriculum moving forwards into this contract term.
The Client wishes for the successful Supplier to be able to offer innovation and to make some changes to the service provision within the school during the course of the new contract term.
This will include ideas on how the catering service can be more accessible to all students especially within the sixth form.
Any inward investment should be detailed within the tender submission and also what impact this will have on the school catering facilities.
The current annual cost of the contract is 48 000 GBP per annum inclusive of all subsidies and FSMs.
