The brief

The Works comprise of a wide variety of HHSRS safety issues.

All works will generally come under categories such as: 1.

Repairing/ replacing internal stair balustrades/ spindles/ newel posts/ handrails and some complete stair cases.

2.

Remedial works for internal condensation/ dampness, mould or leaks.

3. structural repairs for internal cracking, external cracking to masonry or missing lintels etc around window/door openings.

4. roofing/chimney repairs 5. external water storage tank removals and making good 6.

External repairs for uneven paving, differing drainage repairs or making good following leaks 6.
