The brief

Electric Vehicle Charging Points Concession Framework Contract.

Chelmsford City Council is establishing a framework contract on behalf of Essex Councils, Essex Parking Partnerships and other members of the Procurement Alliance of Essex.

The initial call off by Chelmsford City Council will be for six charging units at City Centre Car Parks.

The intention of the framework agreement is that all installations will be at least cost neutral for the client, and potentially lead to a profit share.

This will be a competitive procurement with negotiation.
