Managed Service: The contract includes an MRI-managed service that ensures: Regular and proactive security updates.

Ongoing infrastructure and application maintenance.

Supplier-led monitoring, patching, and upgrades to keep systems secure, stable, and compliant.

Strategic Objectives: Provide a modern, cloud-based ICT environment to support frontline services.

Strengthen cyber resilience and compliance with GDPR and CCS requirements.

Create a scalable foundation for future growth and integration with GSA's digital strategy.
