This would also include proposals for ensuring that NH can consistently influence performance indicators linked to Transport Focus' Logistics and Coach Managers survey and other measurements to establish a 'Future of Freight' programme of work for National Highways to improve and embed the overall experience of freight sector customers when using the Strategic Road Network (SRN)".
