Quotations are invited for the provision of a project manager to ensure the successful delivery of: a) 4 industrial units, area totalling approx.
5,500 sq m on 2 sites to meet current Building Regulations and specified energy requirements.
The units comprise Mulit-occupancy Business Centre, incubator units, starter units and Grow On Space. b) conclusion of negotiations regarding the specification and cost with the chosen contractor(s) that can deliver the schemes required by the Council. c) monitoring arrangements in place for post-contract operation and smooth transitional arrangements.
The Project Manager’s role will concentrate on the specific project management, administration and delivery of the construction activity (as defined under the New Engineering Form of Contract (NEC) 2011).
