Brief Description of Work: The demolition of 1nr existing teaching area followed by the new build of a two storey teaching area, new dining hall and 2 nr drama / dance studios adjoining the existing building together with the extension of existing changing facilities, relocation of existing hard play area and road and re-organisation of the existing car park to provide more parking and storage areas.
Temporary classrooms will be required for the duration of the project to replace classrooms being demolished.
