Stafford Borough Council (SBC) is seeking tenders from organisations who can provide professional Occupational Therapy (OT) Services to support the provision of home adaptations.

Occupational Therapy Assessment Services are required to help residents and their families to become as independent as possible in and around their own homes by removing physical barriers, maximising their safety, and creating opportunities for participation.

The Services required are available for call-off by the following Local Authorities (referred to as "Local Authority/ Authorities") including any wholly or jointly owned entities of the councils in existence at the current time or created during the contract period: • Stafford Borough • South Staffordshire District • Cannock Chase District • Lichfield District • Tamworth Borough • Newcastle Under Lyme Borough • Staffordshire Moorlands District • East Staffordshire Borough
