The Police and Crime Commissioner for Gwent Police requires a Contractor who will provide the vehicle livery and apply to Police Vehicles used by the Forces based upon the Home Office Specifications.
The Contractor shall ensure that the Police Vehicles are marked in accordance with either full or half ‘Battenburg’ livery as detailed in the Home Office Scientific Development Branch (HOSDB) Police Vehicle Livery Specification Reference HOSDB 14/04 and Home Office Scientific Development Branch Police Motorcycle Livery Specification Reference HOSDB 47/06.
