The brief

The Opportunity Area seeks to implement phase 2 of its parental engagement support to Bradford Primary Schools.

The aim is to improve parental engagement practices across Bradford Primary Schools by taking and building on the findings from Phase 1 (parental engagement survey).

In line with the Opportunity Area's commitment to invest in and with Bradford, and our goals for this strand of work, we will expect the successful provider(s) to commit to and demonstrate capacity and capability to: • Utilise existing school partnerships and locality arrangements to effectively plan what support schools need to improve parental engagement practice based on the findings of the survey. • Work with the 'best practice' schools identified in the survey to understand what approaches and techniques can be disseminated and promoted • Design and deliver a support programme that builds on what is already working and takes account of the evidence base around parental engagement in schools.
