The Young People’s Sexual Health service will be targeted at young people aged 13 to 24 years that are sexually active and at most at risk of poor sexual health outcomes.
The Service will provide evidence to support young people’s sexual health services, alongside system leadership, oversight and quality assurance for sexual health services delivered in primary care and other community settings in Redbridge (including the local Chlamydia screening and condom distribution programmes).
The delivery of case management of uncomplicated chlamydia, uncomplicated contact tracing/partner notification and service evaluation have also been incorporated.
The Provider will also work closely with the LA and Integrated sexual health services to provide oversight of the delivery of an high quality emergency contraception service.
