TITLE OF PROJECT Passivhaus Certifier for the Construction of Causeway Green Primary School REF SKD 194 BRIEF DESCRIPTION Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council is issuing this Invitation to Quote in order to appoint a suitability qualified Supplier to deliver the requirement and outcomes as described in this document.

All Quotations received (that are compliant i.e. submitted in accordance with the quotation instructions) will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation criteria as set out below.

Quotations should be prepared and submitted with reference to the complete set of Quotation documentation and in accordance with Section 5 of this document, Instructions for submitting a Quotation.

At the Council's discretion, Suppliers may be invited to clarify their Quotation, as an aid for evaluators to fully understand their offers.

All Suppliers should nonetheless take care to fully explain their offering in their Quotation submission.

The contract will be awarded to the Supplier that scores the highest marks following the evaluation of all Quotations (in accordance with the scheme described in Section 5, Evaluation of Quotations).

The Council will be using the In-tend e-Tendering System for this Procurement exercise, please visit https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc to access the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal.

From here you will be able to register your company, express an interest in the opportunity, and gain immediate access to Quotation or other related documents.
