The NGDZ is proposing the development of 100,000 homes and 120,000 jobs in the area.
The Spatial Opportunities and Housing Growth study will look at how and where this should happen.
The partnership is seeking a strategy that identifies deliverable, sustainable growth in line with the target numbers identified, whilst catalysing the housing market in urban areas.
