Langcliffe Quarry Enterprise Centre ERDF Summative Assessment
The Council is looking to appoint an appropriately qualified consultancy to provide an ERDF compliant summative assessment for a project that involves (i) the development of a brownfield site to create a purpose built rural enterprise facility that will accommodate a cross-section of new, early stage and growing businesses, and (ii) the provision of business support activities The project has been awarded grant funding from two sources: £1.8million from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and £1.6million awarded by the York and North Yorkshire Local Enterprise Partnership (YNY LEP) from the region's Local Growth Fund allocation.
The capital element of the project, started in April 2020, with the first units ready for occupation from February 2022.
Delivery of the business support activity is scheduled to commence from September 2021 and will run to 30th April 2023.
The deadline for the submission of the final Summative Assessment report to the ERDF Managing Authority is 25th March 2023.
