The brief

• To lead the development and production of NHS Camden CCG’s Operating Plan, QIPP plans and support the development of the commissioning intentions, engaging with key stakeholders across the CCG • Develop a comprehensive plan to deliver the above products in line with submission deadlines.

Manage and co-ordinate delivery against the programme plan ensuring milestones met.

Provide regular updates to executive team on progress and issues. • Provide expert knowledge and guidance to the CCG in relation to the annual planning round and development of the operating plan. • To work with Commissioners, PMO, CSU, Finance and other colleagues to set, monitor and make recommendations against trajectories for activity and performance • To maintain and periodically review monitoring systems to track progress against the objectives set out in the operational and commissioning plans • To monitor, report and make recommendations for action in regard to the performance of NHS Camden CCG against standards including the NHS Outcomes Framework and the NHS Constitution. • To have a key role in the development and production of joint plans across NCL CCGs and Camden Council • To undertake specific projects or participate in work streams associated with performance and planning for commissioned services.

In order to deliver this, the CCG is looking for support for 3 days a week from 2nd November until December 31st with 2 weeks leave during this period (7 weeks work) and 5 days a week from 1st January to March 30th with 2 weeks leave during this period (11 weeks work) Closing date for bids is 26th of October 2015 at 2:00pm
