The overall aim of this service is for the provider to undertake Regulation 44 visiting and reporting for each of the council's children's homes on behalf of the council, in line with statutory requirements, relevant guidance and any updates to these.

Children's residential homes are subject to Ofsted requirements, Quality Care Standards and Statutory Regulations.
