Prior to the Trust occupying the building, there are numerous changes required to the internal layout to suit their pupil needs.
Some pupils have special need requirements, so the design has factored in requirements to provide a safe space for the pupils and staff.
The new space will encourage independent learning and living as well as a suitable outside area.
To address these existing deficiencies, the Employer has commissioned the delivery of a reconfiguration and refurbishment of the existing Wellington Youth Centre.
