2600/489/MY/NW/19 3-Axis milling CNC machine The University of Sheffield wishes to invite tenders for a 3-Axis milling CNC machineR on behalf of the Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre, North West Group in Samlesbury Scope of Requirement This tender is for the supply, installation and commissioning of a 3-axis milling CNC machine for use in research machining studies.
The equipment shall be used for testing and demonstration purposes in the AMRC North West's new facility in the Aerospace Enterprize Zone at Samlesbury which is estimated to be ready August 2021.
A bank guarantee is required from the successful bidder for 100% of the purchase value.
This bank guarantee is to remain in place until successful commissioning and acceptance at the new site in Samlesbury.
The supplier shall be required to store the goods, accounting for all storage and associated costs until the new building is ready to receive the goods.
