This sits below the typical range for Business Services contracts — a smaller, more accessible award. Based on 57,319 valued Business Services tenders in our corpus.
Arts Council England publishes Business Services work continuously — 44 notices, roughly one every 12 days. This is a stream to watch, not a cycle to wait for.
18% of Arts Council England’s awards go to a supplier it has used before.
Which is the argument for getting on the list rather than winning this one. The incumbent is rarely the last winner — it is the roster. See the retention odds by category →
Arts Council England are seeking a suitably qualified Supplier to evaluate the Cultural Education Network’s free offer of one-to-one support from its launch in March 2025, to present day.
This new programme offers mentoring, coaching, and signposting through free, online one-to-ones for teachers, freelance teaching artists and staff at creative and cultural organisations across England to improve children and young people’s access to learning in, with and through arts and culture.
The supplier will provide a clear, evidence-based picture of how the Cultural Education Network’s one-to-ones have impacted the professional practice of teachers and cultural educators, by capturing and evaluating qualitative data and providing insight and actionable suggestions for next steps as we further develop this programme.
