The Office of Rail and Road (ORR) is seeking to establish a non-exclusive call-off contract for the provision of specialist ADHD and autism coaching, mentoring and workplace support services for neurodivergent employees.

Services may include individual ADHD and autism coaching, workplace mentoring, manager support sessions, workplace transition support, neurodiversity awareness training, group workshops and anonymised management reporting.

The contract will operate on a zero-commitment basis, with services commissioned through individual Statements of Work as requirements arise.

Services must be capable of being delivered remotely, on-site or through a hybrid delivery model and be provided in a neurodiversity-affirming, person-centred manner.

The total anticipated contract value is up to £50,000 excluding VAT.
