The Service Provider will be responsible for the delivery of the administration and recovery of all existing loan repayments and the delivery and administration of existing grant schemes for the duration of the contract which will include management of the budget for the following schemes: 2.2.1 CARES start-up grants 2.2.2 CARES Development Grants.
