Adult Lifestyle Weight Management Service Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of an Adult Lifestyle Weight Management Service.
The Service is a community-based Tier 2, Adult Lifestyle Weight Management Service.
This is intended to be a 12 week programme for adults in Swindon who are living with obesity (as defined by their BMI), and meet the inclusion/exclusion criteria found in the Service Specification.
The Service should enable participants to achieve and maintain sustainable weight loss (see Service Specification for further details).
The initial contract term will commence on 1st April 2020 for 36 months with an option to extend for a further 36 months (3 periods of 12 months) for a potential total contract term of 6 years as stated in the ITT documents.
Estimated contract spend is between £45,000 and £60,000 across the initial 3 year contract term and between £90,000 and £120,000 across the potential total 6 year contract term.

In the event of difficulties registering as a supplier, please refer to the System Administrator Proactis support team ProContractSuppliers@proactis.com RFQ clarifications to be submitted in writing via Messaging in ProContract tender portal, including the project reference DN451220 in the Subject title, by 8th January 2020, 12:00:00 hrs UK Local time.
The Council's responses to these clarification questions will be issued periodically via Messaging in ProContract tender portal.
RFQ responses are required to be submitted no later than 15th January 2020, 1400 hrs UK Local time via ProContract tender portal - https://www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk/ The preferred bidder may be required to attend Swindon Borough Council for an interview on 5th February 2020, between 0900-1300 hrs UK Local time.
If Contractors are required to attend, they will be notified by email no later than 1700 hrs UK Local time on 23rd January 2020.
