The London Borough of Camden is seeking to award contracts for the provision of five services which form part of the Adult Pathway.
The Adult Pathway comprises 643 beds (537 delivered by six external providers and 106 by the in-house service) across 15 accommodation-based services (hostels and supported housing), plus an intensive floating support service for 72 ex-Pathway clients living in their own independent accommodation The procurement consists of 5 Lots: Lot 1 - Domestic Violence and Abuse (Refuge) Lot 2 – 88 Arlington Road (flats and hostels) Lot 3 – Shared Houses Lot 4 – Camden Housing First Lot 5 – Women Recovery (specialist support for women with multiple disadvantage) These services come under Chapter 3, Section 7 (Social and Other Specific Services) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
Under Regulation 76 the Council may determine the procedure to be applied in connection with the award of the Contracts.
