The scope of the contract covers all housekeeping and cleaning provision within the school.
The successful Supplier will be expected to deliver a concise and detailed method of management reporting at the end of each month, thus updating the senior management team within St Edward's College on the contract performance.
The service is currently provided by way of an in-house provision and the successful Supplier will be expected under TUPE to meet the current terms and conditions of employment, including that of pension benefit where applicable.
The projected cost of cleaning for the first contractual year is 160 000 GBP.
