Midland Heart requires a full and robust treatment plan.
A treatment plan should include 3 years herbicide treatment, 2 years monitoring programme post treatment and a 5 or 10 year guarantee following the monitoring.
The Contractor will be expected to provide photographic evidence and a report to detail what chemicals were used (including application rates and spray records).
The Contractor will also be expected to provide visit recording and documentation to support the plan.
Midland Heart will require a copy of the certificate of guarantee for the site once works are completed.
