The brief

East Riding of Yorkshire Clinical Commissioning Group (ERYCCG) has embarked upon an ambitious programme of work to redesign the way in which Community Services are delivered across its geography.

In doing so the CCG has developed a clear vision of the outcomes it wishes to achieve for its population, ensuring that services are delivered in a more seamless and integrated way that is closer to people’s homes.

In realising this vision, the CCG’s has agreed to use a competitive dialogue procurement process (using an outcome based specification) during 2016 to commission a ‘Prime Provider’, who will be accountable for the provision of all Community Services within the scope of the procurement.

In line with its aspirations for integrating care, the CCG expects that no single organisation will be able to deliver the full range of services on its own, and will need to form partnership arrangements (or even potentially a joint venture) with a range of providers across the care economy.

Attain (on behalf of East Riding of Yorkshire Clinical Commissioning Group) is therefore seeking a suitably qualified provider to deliver integrated Community Services and will be holding a pre-procurement session with all interested providers on Wednesday 10th February 2016 (1:30pm to 5pm) at Tickton Grange, Tickton, Beverley, East Riding of Yorkshire HU17 9S.

The purpose of this pre-procurement event is for commissioners to communicate to interested providers: • The CCG’s vision for integrated Community Services, together with an understanding of the current provision, indicative scope and contract value/length • the desired contract model for integrated Community Services • an early understanding of the procurement process being followed for integrated Community Services together with timescales This pre-procurement event will also be an opportunity for all interested providers to meet and network with peers and/or potential partners within their supply chains to discuss ways in which they can deliver the CCG’s desired outcomes.

Please register your interest in attending this event by e-mailing Rod.skinner@attain.co.uk by stating the following information: Name of delegate • Job title of delegate • Organisation details, including address • Delegate email address and telephone number.

Attendance is limited to 4 delegates per organisation.

All interest needs to be registered by Monday 8th February 2016.
