The brief

Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service (NFRS) will be undertaking an appointment process to the role of Assistant Chief Fire Officer in early 2023 and is seeking support from an experienced recruitment consultant to advise on the process and appointment.

It should be noted that applications will only be open to current operational Brigade Managers.

Bidders should submit a proposal including all fees and costs detailing their approach and the process they will undertake to satisfy the NFRS recruitment need.

The bidder should have extensive experience of recruiting to strategic roles, ideally within the Fire or similar sector.
