Driver & Vehicle Licensing Agency
Provision of VED Campaign Evaluation
This is a contract result notice, not an open opportunity. Details from the official award data.
This sits in the upper-middle of the Research & Development band — a substantial contract for the sector. Based on 20,405 valued Research & Development tenders in our corpus.
DVLA is preparing a professional assurance case to run a communications campaign targeting Vehicle Excise Duty (VED) • To track awareness and behaviours of the target audience before and after the campaign activity.
We want the sample to match the demographics of our target audience and the tracking to be done in the 20 geographical regions the campaign is targeting. • Delivery of a comprehensive report for each burst of research and a final post campaign report.
The expectation is for the final and full report to be delivered within 4 weeks of the end of the campaign.
We have a baseline from previous campaign activity and would require that the next round of tracking and evaluation builds on this to allow comparisons.
Additional insight for future campaigns may be required in years 2 and/or 3; in the event that this is required DVLA would hope to cover the cost via variation although internal variation limits apply.
