Suppliers shall note that the tender return is based on the submission of two options: OPTION A: Replacing the glazed roof over the hall and introducing Velux, or suitable approved equivalent alternative windows in Yr5 and 6 classrooms. (Note any alternative to be clarified and approved during the clarification period).
OPTION B: As Option A plus removal of a structural column in the hall and replace with a goal post system and replacing the roof over the hall.
The Authority is providing option A and option A+B for works depending upon capital investment required.
If the returns are within the budget both options would be delivered and if not option A only.
