The proposed Leadership and Talent Academy will on building a solid foundation in supervision and management, complemented by practical tools and techniques to lead diverse teams, manage complex functions, and respond to emerging challenges.
The programme will be designed to ensure participants are well-prepared to contribute to organisational resilience and improved service delivery.
