The brief

St Leger Homes (SLHD) is responsible for providing non-mains drainage services for various properties and areas located within the Doncaster Borough.

These areas include Gypsy and Traveller sites and other rural locations in which tenants are situated. \\r\r \\r\r A Service provider is required to manage, maintain and repair essential drainage and pumping services to all of the associated non-mains drainage facilities on both a routine and emergency call-out basis.

It is also required to safely remove and dispose of effluent and waste materials in accordance with Regulatory and best practice standards.\\r\r \\r\r The service will provide and ensure continuity of efficient clean drainage, pumping services for tenants; compliance with Regulatory requirements (Public Health Act 1936), ensure the Health & Safety of tenants and provision of quality clean properties.

It will also meet associated SLHD Corporate and Environmental strategies.
