The Greater Manchester HR Collaboration are looking to procure Occupational Health and Associated Services via the CCS Framework for a number of Authorities and Partners across Greater Manchester.
Through collaborative contracting the participating Councils seek to provide a consistent OH offer across our organisations that will; • Deliver cost effective Occupational Health Services which maximise value for money for all participating Organisations through the delivery of a timely, effective, modern and quality service within Greater Manchester and beyond; • Continually improve services offering further cost savings and service improvements; • Deliver a service that is able to accommodate the different organisational structures, operating styles, cultures and job roles present in each of the participating Councils; • Provide a service that supports the participating Councils' aims and policy objectives of Health, Safety and Wellbeing; • Develops strategies to support a reduction in sickness absence levels further over the life of the contract, seeking to bring absence levels in line with private sector levels; • Maximise service effectiveness and accessibility to users from referral to consultations including the use of an online referral portal, management information access and remote consultations.
