The brief

Pursuant to Reg.

40 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) the contracting authority is conducting market consultation with a view to preparing the procurement of biowaste treatment services & informing economic operators of their procurement plans & requirements.

The authority invites economic operators with experience of providing biowaste treatment services to attend a Request for Information (RFI) day on Monday 13th January 2020.

Economic operators intending to attend are requested to complete a draft RFI questionnaire which is available on the Buckinghamshire Portal & return it to the authority via the Portal by17:00 hours on Wednesday 8th January 2020.

Responses will be discussed with individual economic operators during 50 minute meetings on Monday 13th January 2020.

Following the RFI day economic operators are requested to complete their final RFI questionnaire & return it to the authority via the Portal by17:00 hours on Wednesday 15th January 2020
