Luton Borough Council is looking to engage an update of these strategies is to determine whether the current supply of indoor and outdoor sports facilities within the Borough is sufficient to support the current and future demands aligned to population growth, housing projections and the strategic needs of sport, health and wellbeing as outlined in the Local Plan (2011-2031).
The strategies will also be used to inform: the review of the Sport and Physical Activity Strategy; the Health and Wellbeing Board; and Asset Management Strategy.
