Merseyside Fire & Rescue Authority are carrying out a tender process to establish a Framework on behalf of NFCC National Resilience in order to procure suitable detection and monitoring equipment; for use by Fire & Rescue Services, Police Forces and Health Services, when responding to incidents involving a release of chemical, biological and radiological substances.
