The Humber Bridge Board (HBB) currently operates a hybrid Tolling system (part free flow and part toll lanes) and has decided to convert to a full Free Flow tolling system.
HBB would like to invite tender submissions from experienced and professional organisations to provide specialist technical 'Toll System' expertise and advice to produce the relevant specifications for a new Free Flow Tolling System to be included within a design and build contract that HBB will produce in conjunction with other specialists as necessary.
