When this comes round again

Cambridgeshire District Councils publishes Construction work continuously — 53 notices, roughly one every 9 days. This is a stream to watch, not a cycle to wait for.

15% of Cambridgeshire District Councils’s awards go to a supplier it has used before.

Which is the argument for getting on the list rather than winning this one. The incumbent is rarely the last winner — it is the roster. See the retention odds by category →

Tenderers may only apply for one type of role, but may offer multiple lots within that role subject to demonstrating an in-house skill with the relevant experience.

The Council intends to address it's multidisciplinary requirement for larger contracts through a separate process.

As such, the council is running a local supplier event to discuss the framework requirements and structure along with the proposed form of contract and call-off mechanism.

The event will take place on the 4th April 2019 at Cambridge City Football Club - 117 Station Road, Cambridge, CB24 9PH The morning session will start at 10:00am and finish at 12:30pm The afternoon session will start at 1:30pm and finish at 4:00pm.
