This is a contract result notice, not an open opportunity. Details from the official award data.
This sits below the typical range for Construction contracts — a smaller, more accessible award. Based on 64,002 valued Construction tenders in our corpus.
Parkview is occupied 7 days a week and is a healthcare facility.
In order to minimize disruption the works will have to be carried out at weekends, on a Saturday and Sunday.
It is envisaged that the works will be split into three stages, to be completed over three consecutive weekends, primarily on a Saturday with the respective Sunday being a contingency day.
The works will need to be completed by 31st March and should ideally take place over weekends commencing 5th, 12th, 19th March. • Stage 1 will consist of the main car parking area to the left of the driveway and Parkview Building • Stage 2 will consist of the access area directly in front of the Parkview Building to the right of the main driveway • Stage 3 will consist of the access driveway down to the car parking and front of house areas.
