**THIS IS A FRAMEWORK AWARD NOTICE, NOT A CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY** Carmarthenshire County Council has appointed suitably qualified Contractors to deliver responsive maintenance (including emergency works ordered during normal working hours and out of working hours), planned works, adaptation works, call handling to include out of hours, void property works, technical inspections and trade specific works, required for the delivery of property related services within its Housing and Non-Housing Divisions.
Please note that the figure for the total value of the contract/lot (v.2.4) under Section V 'Award of contract' in each lot is the anticipated total value of the framework as a whole, over 4 years.
As this is a framework arrangement, total values for each individual lot cannot be specified.
This Framework is for use by Carmarthenshire County Council in addition to any body (whether incorporated or otherwise) which is a subsidiary of or is wholly or mainly owned or controlled by Carmarthenshire County Council.
