To attend site and carry out an environmental clean of the accessible parts of the boiler room.
To protect the 'bare brick' contaminated wall with polythene.
To arrange for a reassurance air test by an approved laboratory.
2.
Once IPS Have removed the plant from the boiler room we will return to strip, remove and dispose of all the obvious asbestos debris to the walls of the boiler room.
To vacuum, decontaminate and prepare for air testing.
Following a certificate of reoccupation having been issued we will paint the walls of the boiler room with ET150 and label as a hazard.
Also to include a return visit to site to drill some unistrut fixing holes as required by IPS.
