The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) is seeking Catering Training for Her Majesty’s Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS).
This notice is an early engagement notice as the MoJ would like to engage with the market first before carrying out further procurement activity for this requirement.
Her Majesty’s Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS) provide meals every day for over 80,000 prisoners, therefore there is a requirement that catering staff have the appropriate qualifications.
The MoJ requires the following qualifications; • Level 4 in Food Hygiene (Diploma). • Level 4 in Food Hygiene (refresher) • Level 3 in Food Hygiene (Intermediate). • Level 3 in Food Hygiene (refresher). • Health and Nutrition (intermediate) • HACCP Awareness (Level 3) • Allergen Awareness. • Basic food and Hygiene (Level 2) If you would like to register your interest for this requirement, please follow the following steps.
