CCS Cyber Security Services 3 (DPS) Stage 1 Capability Assessment
This sits below the typical range for IT Services contracts — a smaller, more accessible award. Based on 36,449 valued IT Services tenders in our corpus.
METROPOLITAN POLICE SERVICE has published 70 notices across all categories, and 61% of its awards go to a supplier it has used before.
Which is the argument for getting on the list rather than winning this one. The incumbent is rarely the last winner — it is the roster. See the retention odds by category →
The MPS are looking to call-off the Crown Commercial Services Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) Framework - 'Cyber Security Services 3' as part of a Cyber Security Uplift Project.
The tender will consist of two stages - Stage 1 Capability Assessment and Stage 2 Invitation to Tender.

The Capability Assessment will be published to suppliers on this DPS around January 2026 and will be invited to participate via the Met's eTendering platform 'COUPA'.
DPS suppliers will receive an invitation via email to join Sourcing Event #2337 once published on COUPA.
