In order to understand the opportunities available in the marketplace, Great Baddow Parish Council (The Council) invites potential contractors to express an interest and to discuss outline proposals to undertake the care and maintenance of the Galleywood & Great Baddow Lawn Cemetery and the Old Burial Ground.
The standard of work must be at a premium level on both sites and in carrying out such work, the Contractor and his staff will exhibit a caring attitude, showing respect to mourners and staff employed by funeral directors and memorial masons, and others visiting the cemeteries.
Spraying will be required and a suitably qualified person will be needed to carry out this work.
The length of any contract is not yet decided but initial indications are that it will be for 3 years.
