NHS Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care Board, as lead Commissioner, on behalf of NHS Mid and South Essex ICB, NHS Suffolk and North East Essex ICB, Essex County Council, Thurrock Borough Council and Southend-on-Sea City Council, for the provision of Children's and Young People's Mental Health Digital Services.
