Independent Fostering Arrangements (including emergency, short-term placements at short notice for police protection and remand for periods up to 28 days), 4.

The above list is not exhaustive but illustrates key areas of provision that the council is seeking market input on, to inform future commissioning models.
Ideally, the council is seeking input from providers who may be able to deliver services in-borough / London.
Lambeth Council current commissions CLA services using a mixture of framework models and individualised contract placements.
