The brief

Kingston upon Hull City Council has advertised an opportunity from the Council's Engineering and Professional Services framework using direct award via rotation with Lot 7 Multi-disciplinary Team and Project Delivery to work with the project team to establish a vision and assess the development opportunity further through masterplanning and technical feasibility studies.
